Great location, close to all the cool stuff to see and do 🌟. the vibe was super chill, and our room even had a bathtub for some relaxing soak time.

the location was particularly good as for me, just off the on-site restaurant, the convention centre, and many facilities. the personnel were amicable and helpful.

Had a great time exploring the local attractions nearby, like KCC and Kigali Heights. the breakfast was top-notch, served by Felix. Appreciated the convenience of a supermarket within walking distance. the staff, particularly Duke and Gloria, were helpful with communication and local tips.

Unpleasant experience with strict visitor policy, hindering enjoyment. Inconvenience with lack of basic amenities like coffee/tea and water, as well as limited access to a microwave.
